Beta Program Terms

Important Beta Disclaimers
1.During this beta, use anonymized data/pseudonyms only. Replace all real patient names, dates of birth, and identifying information with fictional alternatives before uploading any clinical notes.
2.Do not upload real PHI until official production launch. While we have implemented HIPAA-compliant security measures, the beta environment is intended for testing with de-identified or fictional data only.
1. Beta Program Overview
KineticABA is currently in beta. By participating in this beta program, you acknowledge that the software is under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo significant changes. Your feedback during this period is invaluable in helping us improve the platform.
2. Data Privacy and Security
We take data security seriously. During the beta period:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Access is restricted to your organization only
- We implement PHI scrubbing before any AI processing
- Beta data may be deleted upon request or at program conclusion
3. AI-Generated Content
KineticABA uses AI to assist with clinical documentation. All AI-generated content, including Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Individualized Plans of Care (IPOCs), are drafts only and must be reviewed and edited by a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst before use. The AI is a tool to accelerate your work, not a replacement for clinical judgment.
4. Beta User Responsibilities
As a beta participant, you agree to:
- Use only anonymized or fictional data during the beta period
- Report any bugs, issues, or security concerns promptly
- Provide constructive feedback to help improve the platform
- Not rely on beta software for critical clinical operations
- Maintain the confidentiality of beta features not yet publicly announced
5. Limitation of Liability
The beta software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. KineticABA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the beta software. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the beta program evolves. Continued use of KineticABA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
